Cancellation Policy:
Full refund will be given if cancellation is received by March 19, 2015. If received after March 19, 2015, a 50% refund will be given, with conference materials provided electronically. After April 1, 2015, no refund will be given but substitution of an attendee is permitted and conference materials will be provided electronically.  |
