The conference registration fee includes all programs and materials, selected meals and refreshments, the Sunday evening trip to the Indiana Pacers v. Atlanta Hawks Basketball Game at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse, and the Slam Dunk Party. Please see the conference schedule of events for more details

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund will be given if cancellation is received by March 21, 2014. If received after March 21, 2014, but on or before March 28, 2014, a 50% refund will be given, with conference materials provided electronically. After March 28, 2014, no refund will be given but substitution of an attendee is permitted and conference materials will be provided electronically.
