The conference fee includes all educational programs and materials, Sunday night reception, Monday-Tuesday continental breakfasts and lunches for attendees.  Please see the conference schedule of events for more details.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund will be given if cancellation is received by Thursday, April 4, 2013. If received after April 4, 2013, but on or before April 10, 2013, a 50% refund will be given, with conference materials provided electronically. After April 10, 2013, no refund will be given but substitution of an attendee is permitted and conference materials will be provided electronically.
