WONDERFUL AND WACKY THINGS TO DO WHILE ATTENDING

THE NAALJ/FALJC CONFERENCE IN

 NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA

Whether you are coming to engage your inner scholar –or to check out all that New Orleans has to offer (or some of both!) -  a good time will be had by all.

Or as they say in New Orleans . . .

Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!

(less-say lay bon tonh roo-lay): Let the good times roll.

Your fun-loving activity planners have been cooking up a scrumptious gumbo of delights – to appeal to the gourmet, the music lover, the historian, the architect, the adventurer, and, yes, the closet Cajun dancer – that reside in each of you.  Consider the following options and take in as much as you can while you have the chance.  Even while you’re indulging your inner scholar, your guest can explore a different kind of enlightenment!

And remember – New Orleans is the Big Easy.  Leave your worries – and any uncomfortable clothing – behind.  The attire for New Orleans in September is light and airy – and comfortable.  And we hope your stay in New Orleans will be the same. REGISTRATION FOR OPTIONAL EVENTS IS CLOSED.  The optional events described below.
